Weddings at Brampton Grange
Brampton Grange is an exclusive use wedding venue set within a private 25 acre estate between Church and Chapel Brampton. With its converted barns, elegant 18th century country house and sweeping countryside views across the Brampton Valley Way, it is a beautiful setting for a relaxed yet stylish wedding.
My luxury documentary photography style fits Brampton Grange perfectly. I focus on real moments, genuine emotion and natural portraits, using the barns, house, courtyards and open fields as a backdrop rather than a stage, so your photos feel like your day, not a photoshoot.
Nestled in the Northamptonshire countryside, Brampton Grange combines the charm of an 18th century country house with three characterful barns and a central courtyard. The estate feels private and peaceful, yet is only a short drive from Northampton and main road links, which makes it ideal for guests travelling from all directions.
From intimate courtyard ceremonies to large celebrations in the Florence Barn, the spaces can be used in different ways to suit your plans. The barns offer high ceilings, beams and exposed brickwork, while the house provides elegant rooms and accommodation for you and your closest guests.

Book a Call with TomThe History of Brampton Grange
Brampton Grange House has a history that stretches back several centuries, with the current country house dating from the eighteenth century. Set in what was once a working rural estate, the house and surrounding land were shaped by generations of farming, land management and local life.
In the early nineteenth century the estate was purchased by the Spencer family of the nearby Althorp Estate. During this period the house and grounds were developed into a more formal country residence, with landscaped gardens, tree lined approaches and views framed across the surrounding countryside.
Over time, traditional agricultural barns and outbuildings were added and later adapted. These barns, with their high ceilings, exposed beams and brickwork, now form the core of the wedding venue spaces, offering a versatile backdrop for ceremonies, receptions and evening parties while retaining much of their original character.
In recent years Brampton Grange has been carefully restored and developed as one of Northamptonshire’s largest exclusive use wedding venues. The barns have been modernised with thoughtful lighting and décor, the house has been refreshed for guest accommodation, and the wider estate has been maintained to preserve its open, countryside feel.
